The Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ seeks a Development Director to manage all aspects of the organization's fundraising objectives to meet annual operating and capital needs. Key responsibilities include managing the theatre's fundraising, the membership process, corporate sponsorship program, grant applications and coordination of special events. Experience with running a successful capital campaign and developing an endowment campaign. Grant writing a plus. Applicant must have strong leadership and organizational skills to adequately manage department staff, simultaneous projects and have the ability to work with volunteers.
