MPAC Updates
June 3, 2020

An Update from MPAC President and CEO Allison Larena: 6/3/20

This is a very exciting week here at MPAC. I am thrilled to announce that we have scheduled our first ever Drive In Concert! Join us on Thursday, June 25 at Fosterfields Farm for a performance by John Ginty & Friends. We thank the Morris County Park Commission and John Ginty for helping us to stage what promises to be a fun evening where we can enjoy live music together again for the first time in over three months while we raise much needed funds for our recovery. Tickets are on sale now.

Also this week, we begin to announce our 2020-2021 season. Typically, we announce the entire season at once, but due to the current pandemic situation, we are announcing our season in stages. Look for updates each week throughout the summer as our schedule is rolled out.

MPAC is known for its excellent customer service and this upcoming season, you can purchase your tickets worry-free. If a show has to be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, you will be able to transfer your tickets, or take an account credit or a refund. We also hope that you would consider donating the value of your tickets as a tax deductible donation.

The safety and health of our patrons, staff, volunteers, students and performers is paramount. We will be following the guidelines set by the government and local health officials once we get the green light to begin to stage performances again.

You have come to count on MPAC as your home for great arts and entertainment for over 25 years. MPAC will be back, we believe, stronger than ever, thanks to a supportive community who has seen our venue have its up and downs in the past. We will overcome this as well.  Our spirits are high. Our commitment to our community stronger than ever. In the meantime, we hope that you take advantage of virtual arts performances, online classes and other events we are offering on our website over the summer.

Thank you for supporting us through membership renewal and additional donations during this time of crisis.  Your support has been vital to keep MPAC operating. Please consider helping us reach our goal of $150,000 for our Recovery Relief Fund. Every dollar helps! Click here to donate.

We miss seeing your smiling faces come through our doors to enjoy great events. The MPAC team is working behind the scenes to make your next MPAC experience safe and healthy.

The lights will go on again. The buzz will return to South Street. Music, dance and laughter will fill our venue. The excitement of live entertainment will be back. We will see you soon.

Thank you for purchasing tickets in advance.
