Andrea DeGraaf has been named MPAC’s Volunteer of the Month of January.
This recognition program is designed to shine a light on the many individuals who contribute their time and energy toward making MPAC and the MPAC customer experience a success.
A volunteer since 2022, Andrea has quickly become an indispensable member of the volunteer corps, working in multiple roles, including ticket scanner, line manager and concessionaire.
“Andrea truly understands the meaning of being a volunteer,” says Erin Pach, MPAC’s Front of House Director. “She never bats an eyelash at any new task we ask her to do. During the holiday season, she volunteered at any Nutcracker when we needed the help. Most recently, during the snowstorm on January 6, she not only volunteered for the matinee but came back during the snowstorm for the 8 pm performance to ensure that we had the help we needed to get through the show.”
