Diane Garafano has been named MPAC’s Volunteer of the Month of November.
This recognition program is designed to shine a light on the many individuals who contribute their time and energy toward making MPAC and the MPAC customer experience a success.
Diane has been in our volunteer program since 2015, typically serving as a line manager and usher. “Diane is a take-charge kind of woman and embodies the integrity of the MPAC Volunteer Program,” says Erin Pach, MPAC’s Front of House Director. “Her keen eye for patron needs is impeccable. She truly cares about the comfort of our guests and the customer service it takes for people to continue to visit MPAC. She has great leadership skills and has become a top trainer for new volunteers and is a great support to house management.”
