This audition-based group of talented teens represents MPAC by performing for nonprofit organizations, community events, hospitals and fundraisers all over the area. The mutually beneficial arrangement provides free entertainment to organizations while giving the students performing experience and the opportunity to use their talent to help those in need.
Each year we connect with new organizations and perform for some of our regular community partners such as: The March of Dimes, The Carol G. Simon Cancer Center, The American Heart Association, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and many more! Whether it’s performing for 35 senior citizens, 350 attendees at a gala or 3500 at an outdoor festival, the students pour their hearts out to make a difference!
Company members have also had the unique opportunity to perform in some high profile performances, including “Broadway at The White House,” and on Broadway with Kristin Chenoweth, Radio City Music Hall, The National Anthem before the Knicks game at Madison Square Garden and at Disney World! They have also appeared alongside many celebrity performers on the MPAC stage, including: Marvin Hamlisch, Patti LuPone, Brian Stokes-Mitchell, Linda Eder, Foreigner, Abbamania, John Pizzarelli, Kristin Chenoweth, Sutton Foster, Carolee Carmello, Laura Benanti, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Darren Criss, and more!
