For 29 years, Art in the Atrium has been celebrating excellence in Black art, with an annual exhibit at the Morris County. Art in the Atrium, Inc. (ATA) is a non-profit tax-exempt volunteer arts organization that was founded by Charles and Viki Craig in Morristown in 1991. Since its inception, ATA has annually exhibited African-American fine art in northern New Jersey, becoming the largest exhibit of its kind in the state. ATA annually awards a scholarship to a promising visual arts student. In 2001 and again in 2016, the organization was named “Arts Organization of the Year” by Morris Arts.
