This event is being sold with full capacity, subject to government regulations at the time of the event. All MPAC patrons ages 12+ attending a performance are required to show proof of vaccination, or a recent negative COVID-19 test. Masks are required to be worn inside the venue. If the show needs to be rescheduled and you cannot make the new date, you can request an account credit or refund.

Due to the current pandemic (Covid-19), ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party understand that there are inherent risks associated with attending performances, events and classes presented by Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) at our building and in the community, and agree to assume all risks with regard to the pandemic. Ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party agree to voluntarily waive, release, defend, indemnify and save harmless MPAC together with its employees, volunteers, Board of Trustees, artists, sponsors and affiliates against any damages, claims, lawsuits, liabilities, attorney fees and expenses which they may sustain, be subjected to, or caused to incur should ticketholder or members in of his/her party contract Covid-19 or any other illness or injuries related to the Covid-19 virus including death or otherwise.
Ticket buyer and members of the ticket buyer’s party agree to observe and obey all instructions, warnings, or other requirements provided on site, including wearing a mask, practicing social distancing, temperature checks, participating in contact tracing if necessary and other guidance that may be communicated on site or in advance of the event. Failure to follow MPAC guidelines at any time will result in expulsion from the theater without a refund.
