The information below will help you plan your next visit to the theatre!
Before attending a show, be on the look out for your preshow planner email specifying parking availability, shuttle availability, and more. Preshow planner emails are typically sent out the day before a performance, and on Fridays for weekend performances.
GENERAL BOX OFFICE INFORMATION:
Regular Hours Box Office Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 am – 6 pm
The Box Office will open 2 hours prior to all performances.
The Box Office phone number is 973-539-8008. If you do not reach a box office attendant due to high call volume, please leave your contact information and your call will be returned as promptly as possible.

Patron Services
Complimentary WiFi
Free WiFi service is now available at the theatre. Look for the “MPAC Public WiFi” network when you arrive at the theatre.
Concessions
Our main lobby and balcony lobby concession stands feature snacks and full bars, including lidded cups you may bring with you into the theatre. Credit cards are accepted.
Earplugs are available at the concession stand for anyone who may need them.
Balcony Amenities
Our balcony lobby features additional bars and restrooms, as well as our Art Upstairs gallery. The balcony level can be accessed via stairs, or by the elevator located near Door 4.
Water Fountain
A water fountain is located on the 1st floor, by the women’s restroom.
Family Amenities
Changing tables are available in all restrooms, and booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis for many performances.
Shuttle Service from Verizon or DeHart Lots
For select performances MPAC operates a Gogel My Limo Van (25 passenger van) to conveniently pick up patrons who use the Verizon Lot or the DeHart Garage Lot operated by the Parking Authority. The MPAC shuttle will make several loops during an event, and will wait in the front of the theater on South Street to take you back to the parking lots. The shuttle operates two hours prior to the start time of a performance, and will stay until the lobby is cleared of patrons for the night.
Reserved Parking
Please note MPAC operates the Verizon and Presbyterian Church lots for our patrons for select performances. Click here to learn more. The parking attendants are on duty 2 hours prior to the start of a performance, and remain at the lot 15 minutes after the start of select performances. Verizon is a gated parking lot and if patrons arrive late there is no guarantee of admittance. When an opener is scheduled, attendants will remain one and half hours after the start of select performances.
